I was one step away from hiring an assistant.

The PIXFLASH story — a system built inside a photography business, not inside a pitch deck.

An event photographer in his studio

Why PIXFLASH exists

I'm an event photographer. PIXFLASH wasn't born in a boardroom or in an investor deck — it was born inside a real photography business, out of a real need of a photographer working in the field.

The problem

As the business grew, the information scattered: leads on WhatsApp, contracts in one place, the calendar somewhere else, receipts in another system, galleries separately, tasks, team members, editors and materials. I wasn't short of tools — but I was the one connecting them by hand, all day long.

The turning point

I reached a point where I could no longer keep the whole business in my head. I was one step away from hiring an assistant to run all of it.

The solution

Instead, I started building the system I wished I had. If there had already been one system that gave me everything I needed, I wouldn't have developed PIXFLASH. It would have been far cheaper to simply use it.

Why we turned it into a product

If it solved the problem in one studio, the goal is to let more photographers work in a more organized way — with less manual admin and more peace of mind.

A system built inside a studio. Not inside a pitch deck.

Less managing. More shooting.

Let PIXFLASH bring your business together in one place and connect the things you already do every day.
